Regent Lee is an Associate Professor of Vascular Surgery at the University of Oxford. His research focuses on integrative assessments of biomarkers for investigating cardiovascular pathologies such as atherosclerosis and abdominal aortic aneurysms. Regent is also pioneering novel methods to characterise biological signals in blood tests and clinical scans, including ultrasound and computerised tomography imaging.

Innovation and Community Engagement Consultant

John is a Community Learning and Development professional who has traversed the realms of public, private, and third sectors. Professor of Engineering Science

Vicente Grau, Professor at Oxford University, assumes various pivotal roles within the academic community. His affiliation extends to the Department of Engineering Science as RCUK Academic Fellow and the Institute of Biomedical Engineering (IBME). Vicente also holds the position of a Senior Research Fellow at Mansfield College.

Based on the literature review, GZA will develop tools, procedures and methodology to

  1. continuously monitor and revise the ethical risk assessment by defining ethical risks specific to all project milestones and to the consortium governance,
  2. conduct ethical reviews (trustworthiness reviews) of all project milestones and consortium governance. The ethical annex to this proposal forms the basis of the ethical risk assessment. The ethical governance structure, along with the PSC and legal teams, will review and ratify the tools and procedures before implementation. Recommendations from the ethical reviews will be considered for ratification.
